SalonAI — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SalonAI (the "Service"), provided by Foad Boroushak, egyéni vállalkozó (sole proprietorship registered in Hungary), tax number 59167141-1-43 ("we," "us," or "SalonAI"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use SalonAI

SalonAI is intended for business use by salon owners, staff, and authorized representatives. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service on behalf of a business.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@technovaeurope.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The Service

SalonAI provides an AI-powered assistant for salons, including customer messaging (via WhatsApp and web chat), Google review management (draft-and-approve, never auto-published without your explicit action), customer-growth campaign suggestions, and (in development) booking and scheduling tools. Available features depend on your subscription plan.

AI-generated content: Replies, campaign suggestions, and other AI-generated content are provided as drafts or suggestions for review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published or sent to a third party (e.g. a public review reply or a marketing message), except where you have explicitly configured a feature to act automatically.

5. Subscription plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription plan. Plans may include usage limits (e.g. messages per day) and feature-specific add-ons, as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. [Fill in specific billing terms, refund policy, and price-change notice period once finalized.]

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SalonAI to:

  • Send unsolicited marketing messages to customers who have not consented to receive them.
  • Violate WhatsApp's, Google's, or any connected platform's terms of service.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or feature-access controls.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party platforms

SalonAI integrates with third-party platforms (including WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Business Profile). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective platform's own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those third parties.

8. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

You may stop using SalonAI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before it is acted on or published. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foad Boroushak (operating SalonAI as a sole proprietorship) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because SalonAI is operated as a sole proprietorship (egyéni vállalkozó) rather than a limited-liability entity, this section has real legal significance and must be reviewed by a Hungarian lawyer before publication — liability caps and exclusions that are enforceable for a limited company are not automatically enforceable, or advisable, the same way for a sole proprietor.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm with a Hungarian lawyer whether this is the right choice given where your customers/salons are actually located — EU consumer-protection rules may still apply certain protections regardless of this clause if any customers are consumers rather than businesses.]
